• Anyone who is a resident or property owner in Niagara, Orleans, or Genesee County is eligible for a free library card. Nonresidents may obtain a library card by paying a fee of $40.00 per year.
• Identification must be presented to verify your name and current street  address.
• For Children Under the Age of 13:
• A parent must sign a form authorizing the issuance of a library card

Replacement of a lost card is $1.00
